I'm Karen
I have more than 20 years' experience of teaching adults English as a Second Language (ESL) and have been working with a large educational institution in Australia teaching new migrants of all ages, backgrounds, and English levels. I have also taught English in China.
I am a highly qualified and skilled native English language teacher and have extensive experience. My qualifications include a Master of Arts Teaching of English to Speakers of Other Languages (MA TESOL) and a Bachelor of Adult and Vocational Education (BAVE).
My primary objective is to empower you with vital tools and knowledge for navigating real-world interactions confidently and skillfully. In our increasingly interconnected world, proficiency in English is a valuable asset.

The Classroom
We are going to be spending 4 hours per day, 3 days per week with other individuals who are on the same path working to improve their English skills. This is going to be a dynamic virtual classroom interaction with other people who are going to be doing the same thing.
Because we will be meeting virtually on Zoom, you can fit your English classes into YOUR schedule. If you miss a lesson, your Zoom lessons will be recorded and made available for you to watch at your convenience.

Our Virtual English Cambridge EMPOWER English Course lessons will help you to speak more like a native speaker and you will benefit from more confident participation in understanding information, text and conversations about work, jobs and study.
Our lessons will help you improve your spoken and written English to assist your further studies as well as in the workplace to consolidate learning and is accessible on mobile devices. This means you will learn English via Zoom supplemented with the Cambridge EMPOWER Student's classroom and digital workbook.
